Shipment Schedule
Orders are processed, packed, and shipped ASAP.
Once the shipment has been received by carrier, an message will be sent to you with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website. Typically speaking it takes10-15working days for the shipment to arriveat it's international destination. Due to COVID-19 effected shipping will have some delays.
This can vary greatly depending on circumstances outside of our control. Some of the factors that may delay your shipment are: weather, customs, mechanical breakdowns, and slow processing by the destination country's postal service.

Warranty & Refund Policy
All products sold from Iplay Company with a standard manufacturer defect warranty. During this warranty period we will refund or replace your defective item once you send us faulty videos.
Cartridges/Battery Warranty Period: Six Months from date of delivery.
